I am your Ringmaster, your guide through the chaos and beauty of Circus Bim Bom. Some of you may find my narrative style intrusive, overly theatrical, or perhaps too knowing. Others might appreciate having a guide through this complex world of Soviet circus life and Cold War tensions. There’s no requirement to love me – only to decide whether I served the story well.
So I ask you:

• Do you trust me as a narrator? Should you?
• Does my theatrical voice enhance or distract from the characters’ stories?
• Are there moments where you wished I would step back and let the story breathe?
• What questions do you have about my role, my choices, or my knowledge of events?
